A selection of additional pioneer Albertype “Greetings from Quebec” postcards have been added.

The Greetings from Halifax series has been expanded to its own page.

The Albertype postcards from Landahl’s Emporium in Dawson, Yukon Territories have been migrated to their own page and updated.

A pioneer Albertype postcard showing Ottawa’s Parliament Buildings has been added. The card was postally used to the USA on September 4, 1901 with an Ottawa Type “G” Flag cancel on a 1¢ QV Numeral stamp.

I’ve been slowly reworking the site design for older parts of the web site, and have now converted the Albertype listings to the new format. I have more Albertype cards to add, but thought I’d start with what had previously been on the site. Stay tuned for more updates.
